This thread is filled with a bunch of ignorant people who don't know shite about the Rooney rule or what it was implemented to do. All the Rooney Rule states is that an NFL team is required to interview diverse candidates—including ethnic minorities and women—for head coaching, general manager, and senior-level positions, it has no bearing on who the team ultimately hires, it just forces a league to at least look and consider someone who's not from the same batch of recycled coaches and general manager who in the past were surprisingly all white males.

Try starting a business with a stated policy that all executive positions have to interview at least two white men no matter what.
