I wasn't aware you actually wanted to. I could set you up with the people who will review your online stats which would probably be the best way to go. I can't promise anything but it would be a foot in the door. Anyone who is backed live is backed by someone who has known them personally for a while so I couldn't just say, hey back my friend ya know?
then that might not work, my online stats were skewed by a couple of hacks into my account

no...well he's in my fantasy league irl..i think..
-um i'm saying that i helped in choosing some of the horses for dahjinerat and bg- the guy that was talking about his staking business.. i would try to help ron, but he would have to have the right kind of #'s on opr...they won't take just anyone..
Ya I figured. I know him IRL so he is probably the only person on here I would help with this. He and I talked about it a few weeks ago but I wasn't sure if he really wanted my help or not. I know he can play live, have no idea what his online numbers are, but at the lower limits I would put my name behind him to a backer. After that it's not up to me so his numbers would have to speak for themselves like you said.

where would we meet up for the official weigh in?
oh, and do you like my webster pic??..i'm thinking of changing my stars avatar to good ole webster..
Not sure. We could work out all the details. I'm thinking that we should start on July 5th, which gives us a couple of weeks to work out any details. Depending on the amount of weight, we could do an official weigh-in anytime either here or there. We are in each others town frequent enough were it wouldnt be a big deal.
And yes, you should change your avatar to webster. LOL no doubt about it. I just made my ub avatar a jar of vaseline....it eases the pain of the inevitable fricking that is either coming from the dealer and/or ub itself.
Did BL tell you about our TLB prop bet?

chowds i have spread my shite around over a couple of sites, and havent played in a while online
i did very well for myself, but had two people sign onto my account and blow my roll
they both paid me back, but it crushed my stats
like both times lost over 1k playing small tournies and sngs
tt22 knows me, and he knows i can handle myself at the table, i just havent had the time to play as much lately

Ya I remember you telling me about that now. It's tough to find live backers and none would do it on good faith that someone in your neck of the woods would get the money back down here ya know. Online is a different story but they are still picky about who they take in and all would require looking at your stats before sending you any money. I wouldn't mind at all recomending you to some of my friends but i'm not sure that would definately get you in with someone.

thats cool. i would most definitely do it. how many hours a day are they wanting you to play
i used to let me friends play on my account, bc i was the only one with a 4 figure account and if they lost they could pay me back without affecting my bankroll enough where i couldnt play right
theres no telling how many losses i accrued on my account from friends

I'm not sure on the specifics. Chowds or Malone could probably give you more of the specifics on that. Here are the terms on MTT's site if you wanted to look them over as a reference.

mttbacking.com is me and malone's friend's site.(thechemist83)..
malone is backed by that site, and also has his own backing service with a major online player from la...i was supposed to start that service with malone and dahjinerat, but i backed out at the last second due to my own personal nitty-ness problems i face every day..

no, that would explain why he's talking about playing a big session online tonight..b/c i know we are both a little on the burned out side.. tell me..and what about his "external forces" when he enters deep parts of the tounrey..are you ok with those during the bet?

-this was obv. before you realized that skewing your online tourney #'s and stats, could actually cost you a staking deal...

yeah, prety much
i still remember it
i bought in with 50 bucks once, lost it, 50 more, and never rebought once until i was totally don e playing
had like 1200 or so in my account, and, kind of funny, i actually left an online tourney to go to the belle to play. got a friend to play it, and told him that he could keep playing a couple if he wanted, just dont be stupid.
came home, ZERO dollars. whoops
had another friend do it, but he is loaded and wrote me a check the next day
and then i would let friends play as stated above

i did that once back in the day..but "that guy" was my brother..and instead of losing money, he final tabled the 5+rebuy, and added a cool 4k to my account..lol
im still on my original $50 deposited on party poker in the early 2000's...fwiw imho gfy lol wtg

thats clutch
most of my poker playing buddies thought they were better than they really were
i only had a couple of guys that i felt were good
the second guy that played on my account and his roommate, TT22, and i used to play with this one kid, initials AA, hes incredible, out in vegas right now
there were so many easy house games in br, it was retarded
yeah, my first 100 bucks was sometime in 03-04, and i played on that until i cashed out for good, and then put some back in earlier this year, but i had to reteach myself how to play online tournaments and get out of cash game mode

i dout TT would remember the guy, he might know the name though
we had a cash game at our house, and TT came over once, and this kid was there
this guy hosted a nice fat 1-2 cash game with him and some friends. it was very healthy and there were half very good players, half really crappy players. just had to not go up against other rocks

once i get back on my feet financially, and i put some dough in my account and just started a new one, and did well, would that be a staking possibility
or is there a minimum number of tournies played thing going?
