quote:I guess you know by now that Fred Taylor is out and MJD will be all alone in the backfield? I like Bush, but he's not the only game in town. MJD, on the other hand, is likely to get a bunch of carries. Only downside of MJD is that the team might get behind and be forced to throw. The good news is that you're unlikely to lay an egg with either of these guys.
M. Jones-Drew vs. Green Bay
R. Bush @ Chicago

after reading some of the weather reports in previous pages, I am leaning toward Thigpen over, Orton and Cassel...any thoughts? All 3 have some potential to put up big numbers (or they can get ahead quick and run the ball)...damn decisions
EDIT: also, does anyone see any reason to start Forte over Peterson? other two starters are Thomas Jones and M. Turner, with Slaton and P Thomas on the bench.

Alright. I cant decide if i should start reggie tonight.
Need 2, not point per carry or w.e 6 for td, 1 for every 10 yards
Here are the options:
R Bush @ Chicago
D Rhodes vs Detroit
J Addai vs Detroit (dont think he will start, thats why i have rhodes.)
T Choice vs Giants
J Stewart vs Denver
D Sproles @ Kansas City
D Foster @ Miami
T Bell @ carolina
C Benson vs washington
L White @ Houston
a lot of these guys i am thinkin of cuz they may be playin due to other guys injuires and such.
thoughts?

quote:Freaking Colston is a wild card. I am starting him in one league, but if I were in your shoes, I would probably go with Housh and LJ (if there are no injury issues, etc). As soon as I sit Colston, he will probably go off, so you can probably feel safe since he is in my lineup

Here are my top 3
R Bush @ Chicago
D Rhodes vs Detroit (Addai is out from what I read)
D Sproles or Bell
**L White @ Houston (dunno if they will sit him this week or not-status is questionable from what I read)

Colston was the one I felt the best about.
Cincy and KC have just about mailed it in.
At least Cincy should be playing from behind so they will be passing a lot.
I figure the passing game tonight will be possession oriented...and thats Colstons bread and butter.

i like lendale but u never know about his carries. stewart is the same deal in carolina. reggie has been at least a td eery game when healthy... how has chicagos d been this year?

Ive been away but Colston is the reson i lost too. If I wouldve started MJD or K Smith I would have won

If I wouldve started MJD
I'm still pouting from my loss. All I have left is the free for all in week 16. We pit full rosters against full rosters and the winner gets some amount of money. With a heathly RB corp and more stellar wide outs than most, I've got to be in the running for that.

Im just pissed cause I made a mistake.... if I just got my arse kicked , Id be ok with it. Barber forced me to make a decision I havent had to make all year. 11-2 and averaged 110 a game for fricking NOTHING
My team was ridiculously good and I frickED IT UP
Im such a little girl but I HATE LOSING. anyway..... good luck

Youre crazy IMHO... MJD will get ALL the carries against a weak arse run D
