The Falcons have been extremely lucky this year. I don't think they're as good as their record. A kicker missed a kick that I would have made in the Saints game.

my point was that all saints fan point to one of their players being bad as the reason they lost. they are correct fwiw, but how that makes a team better is beyond me.

27 yard missed OT field goal

san fran player has a cerebral hemorrhage and doesn't go down

19/20 times that's a 2 game losing streak

falcons are like a team of destiny right now

The Saints drove right down the field on the Falcons even after losing Pierre THomas and Drew Brees taking a dirty hit and we stopped to kick a chip shot. Should have been game over; Falcons were dead in the water. 49ers game was even luckier.

none of that addresses my point in any way.

falcons should have lost, but they didn't. why? because the saints team wasn't good enough to win because part of their team sucks.

49ers game is entirely different and that just reminds me of that meachem (think it was him) play from last year, but not as good.

not comparable at all...if SF goes down on a knee...game over

and Hartley doesn't suck...you know you were lucky as shite that the guy missed a 27 yard kick when he has the capabilities to drill 3 45+ yarders in the superbowl

Dumbass.

I love bitter Saints fans.

They still haven't come to the realization that they aren't that good this year. You want to talk about lucky teams? The Saints of last year.

The Falcons are legit.

I'm not losing sleep over it. I'm saying that the Falcons aren't winning the NFC.

6-3 isn't good when you've been playing without your top 2 runningbacks and cornerbacks and without your starting free safety and when your quarterback took a cheap shot to his knee so he's been a little gimpy?

So the Saints of last year were lucky, but this year's Falcons are legit?
