Every NBA finals coach since 2018 except Spo and Kerr has gotten fired

Kerr - Safe
2021 Finals Coaches
Monte Williams - Fired
Bud - Fired
2020 Finals* Bubble Coaches
Voegel - Fired
Spoelstra - Safe
2019 Finals
Nurse - Fired
Kerr - Safe
2018 Finals
Lue - Fired
Kerr - Safe
Basically, every coach that has been in the Finals the last 5 years other than Spoelstra and Kerr has been fired.
You also have another former Champ coach with Rivers getting canned.
Tough job.

Can't say Udoka counts as fired given that he wasn't.

Udoka was suspended for the full season last September and ultimately fired by the Celtics after it was revealed that he had an improper intimate relationship with a team staffer.

Unless youve worn multiple championships. There is no such thing as job security in the NBA.

Ah, didn't know that. Just knew about the suspension and other teams trying to hire him, then ending up with the Rox. I stand corrected.
