So in 20 years?
that's the thing. If he doesn't take a job this year then it tells you BB is atleast considering retirement. If he leaves then BB has made it clear to him that he's not quitting until they bury him on the field
Another possibility though is that he just has shitty choices. He's seen a bunch of "ready to go" opening the past couple years. I don't think he's gonna jump at a job like the Browns or the Bills, but if the Cincy Job came open, or Indy or something similar, he might jump on it

Some people are just cut out to be top coordinators.
This.
He's young and will get another shot, and I am sure wants one.
I always look at Wade Phillips with this type situation. What's wrong with still being in the top 1-2% of your profession? Just be a badass coordinator?
I think I'd at least stay til Brady retired. Then re evaluate. Who replaces Brady? Then I make a move.

Mcdaniels has only been a HC once, right?
And, to be fair, his QB was Kyle Orton.
Yes, and he hand picked Kyle Orton after getting rid of Cutler. He was a disaster of a HC in Denver, but if he's grown up, he could be great. Champ Bailey recently said he's the smartest coach he's ever been around, he was just an arrogant prick.
