Do ticket prices for NCAA Tournament go down right before game time?

Second game ticket prices for any round usually drop considerably. IF a basketball power like Duke, NC, Kentucky, etc... etc... lose in first round of Sweet 16 their fans head to the house and dump tickets.
You can get great seats at awesome prices if you wait for second game in any round except final 4.

Been to the final four several times, the Monday night game always much cheaper that the Saturday session.
