Ohio State's side of the Big 10 sucks, they also play shite OOC games. Its going to be fun watching them choke the last 2 weeks of the season every year though.

You SECtards severely overrate your conference. Yes, the B1G was awful, but besides Alabama (and maybe TAMU), the SEC wasn't nearly what it has been in years past.

Meyer done well in the SEC, and now he doesnt have to play 8 tough games a year

I think this myth, that SEC teams play 8 rock 'em, sock 'em games needs to end.

In 2011 Alabama was 7-1 in the SEC, they beat a grand total of 2 teams that finished the regular season with a winning record. Arkansas 10-2 and Auburn who was 7-5. Their other 5 wins were all teams that were 6-6 or worse.

In 2012 there were 6 SEC teams in the top 10-12 most of the year. The 2 teams that played in the SEC CG played 2 of the other 5, or the fewest of the 6. Coincidence that they made it to the SEC CG? I doubt it. Bama's SEC card again included only 2 wins over winning teams: 10-2 LSU and 8-4 MSU.

So while the SEC is the best conference, when you only play 8 of 14 teams (and have your alum making the schedule) you can take credit for playing a monster schedule without having to actually play one.

They're going to run a train on your teams arse for the next decade just like they have for the last decade. You are about to see speed on the edge properly implemented in the B1G. The pain train is coming.

Hands down the easiest path to the title. That's ridiculous.

To the OP, I do expect Meyer to do well, but I also think Hoke at Michigan will do well. I would not count out Wisconsin, no one knew what Beliema (sp?) would do either. They danger they could run into is what hurt USC, conference gets so weak, it could hurt them, but 12-1 with a win the BiG CG will get then top 4 and in the playoff most likely.

I don't know. The Big Ten is worse than the ACC now, but ESPN is full of Big Ten grads/homers so they'll still pimp them out like it's the 60's/70's. Either way, if they have to play a SEC team in the title game or playoffs, they'll get that arse beat.

Not everyone gets the easy route like Bama. LSU has to play 3 or 4 tough SEC west games, 2 top SEC east teams, and usually one or more tough OOC games. And if they do well in those, they have to play SEC title game and bowl game. The last 2 times LSU made the title game, they played 8 or more ranked teams.

LSU and Florida play tougher schedules, generally.

yet VT GT and Wake won the ACC 5 years in a row. Recruiting rankings =/= good recruiting.

Bama, Tamu, UGA , LSU and Florida could have won big ten... The other 9 teams in the SEC were not that great

The ACC was clearly better than the Big Ten this year. You're an idiot or in denial if you don't get that.

Miss St would have been a top 2 or 3 team in the B10 last year, and they are in the middle of the pack in the SEC.
