re: Derrick Henry is another example that proves that Saban overworks his RBs at Bama

Clearly your 20’s are a lateral comparison to an NFL players game

He is on pace for 450 carries this season. Mike Vrabel isn’t doing him any favors.

Guys like Fournette, CMC, and Zeke all had way more college career touches compared to Henry. Because Henry was only a full time starter for one year.
Lacy and Richardson started at Bama for one year too. Their previous two years they were backups. What did Bama do to kill their careers? Overuse? Because that certainly wasn’t true for those two. Lacy wasn’t even top 5 in plays per game in the SEC his final year. Richardson sucked in the NFL because he was pretty much blind. Not from “overuse”. Lacy had weight issues. What do you want Bama do for Yeldon? Just not play him? He averaged like 200 plays per season which isn’t a lot.
Of course you leave out Ingram who has been in the NFL for a decade.

Bama is where RBs go to kill their professional careers typically (TJ Yeldon, Eddie Lacy, Trent Richardson come to mind),

Henry is an absolute beast. Hate that he went to Bama.

As an OSU fan, I was more than happy with the lack of use Saban gave Henry in the playoff game. Whoever was starting ahead of him was a huge downgrade. Not sure if we would have won if he got the rock 30 times that game.

It was TJ Yeldon. It was the 2nd Sugar Bowl in a row Henry was underused. Against OU the previous year he 161 yards and 2 TDs on 9 touches. Against OSU, Kiffin got cute as he sometimes does, and had the QB drop back to throw around 40 times. That QB had his limitations yet Kiffin insisted on throwing a ton instead of running Henry more. I don’t know if Bama would have won but it was one of Lane’s stubborn games that show up every now and again

I’m confused here. You’re saying he got overworked at bama but he’s been arguably the best rusher in the league the last few years?

Yeah, I think that’s what he is saying. It’s either a troll or just a horrible take.
