Come on Cubs let us do this....
I mean it would only take some of your best prospects/players. Give us Baez, Almora, Black, and Markey

Yankees are in the perfect situation to trade talent...
Carlos Beltran
Chase Headley
Nathan Eovaldi
Brett Gardner
Aroldis Chapman
Andrew Miller
Ivan Nova

i would think they wouldn't mind moving nova, headley, beltran, and one of miller/chapman.
don't think trading both miller and chapman would be a good idea.
eovaldi is expendable too for sure

How do you feel about CJ Edwards and Dan Vogelbach?

Betances is only one in the bullpen who is untouchable, the Yankees would move Chapman and Miller quickly if given the right deal.

Andrew Miller or Joe Nathan?

Yankees need to put Schwarber high on the list. That guy is destined to be a DH. A 6 foot 240 catcher isn't an outfielder.
He makes perfect sense as the Yankees DH of the future.

Vogelbach is the next Big Papi...just think about it

have to figure betances is the eventual closer.
i find it hard to believe the cubs would give up all it takes to get both miller and chapman.

Buster Olney was making it sound like this is the only way a deal gets done.

Well the Cubs badly need a lefty who can record outs from the bullpen. Travis Wood can't do it all himself. I don't how I feel about them even considering parting ways with Schwarber. On the other hand, the outfield is already very crowded and I'm not sure if Schwarber is a catcher. He may end up DH'ing somewhere in the future.

I'm ok with them not taking Schwarber if they can get Baez, Alomora, and maybe Solar
Posted on 6/15/16 at 5:06 pm to tduecen
how about Soler, Almora, and.....Clayton Richard.

You lost me at the end... for both I think it would take 2 players MLB ready and 2 prospects who have a chance

Andrew Miller is striking out 49% of hitters and walking less than 3%. This really has nothing to do with him being traded, but it's just mind boggling. He may be the best relief pitcher in baseball right now.
