Congrats to the Charlotte 49ers

By beating Marshall 24-13, they are bowl eligible for the first time in school history. Pretty remarkable for a program that just started up a few years ago

Charlotte actually could be a big time program in time. Not Alabama or Ohio State level, but better than a lot of P5 teams

I could see them having an ascension similar to App State.
I think It’ll be tough because there are so many D1 schools in NC, but they’re the only one in Metrolina. Their 2020 class looks like a huge improvement over classes they’ve put together in the past. Making bowl games will only help.
