LINK. Did this guy have a problem while at West Virginia with drinking?

I wish there were a class on Intoxication levels:
I'm sure I've been .15 and never felt inclined to swin in a drainage canal

McAfee allegedly took his shirt off, went for a swim in the Broad Ripple Canal and then approached a woman's car drunk and soaking wet with no shirt on, at which point the woman called the police. He blew a .15 on a breathalyzer test, which is nearly twice the legal limit. McAfee could possibly be looking at a suspension.
