Yes, the falcons and saints are desperate with old washed up qb's running their team. Neither of those teams drafted that qb #1
It way way less of a miss if you haven't sucked so bad you get 1st pick, use it on Baker, and while he's still on the team, give away basically 3 DIFFERENT #1 picks to get a qb with almost 30 sexual assault investigations ongoing and probably a minimum 1 yr ban.
If we were talking about Baker being an 8 or 10 year downside veteran....whatever

Cleveland went 11-5 then 8-9 last year. The same record as the Ravens, who will have one of the highest paid qbs in the league (negotiations ongoing). Gee, I wonder why they didn't run out and try to replace Lamar....hmmmm
