You forgot Cincy lost 42-0 to Ohio State. It was a great loss.

That loss has nothing on the loss to Mississippi State. Louisiana only lost to a 6-6 football team by 10 points!

Quality loss.

But not outscored, which is all that matters.

What was the score of the Cincinnati/Louisiana game again?

Because ULL doesn't have a good win and Cincy played a much tougher conference schedule.

They had so many dumb turnovers against MS St. And if the QB didn't play like a dummy that App St game was very winnable. They have a good shot in the rematch. Like I said, they should be ranked if they beat App St and then win their bowl game.

It was a really poor gameplan by the Cajuns in the first App State game. I think we'll see a much better offense this time around

That's fine, but the comparison was to Cincinnati. Cincinnati was two mistakes away from playing us as well as the #8 team in the country.

I'm cool with Louisiana being ranked if they win out, but Cincinnati is clearly a better football team.

I don't know if I'd say they clearly are but I do believe they probably are a better team. The AAC is miles ahead of the Sunbelt as a conference.
