Without a doubt, the Bengals are one of the cheapest organizations in the NFL. They will never sustain success in the long run because they hate to reinvest in their greatest assets. The Giants are the only team that hates to reinvest in their best players more than this bunch.

Seems to be in response to comments made by Duke Tobin at the combine where he talked about wanting to pay Tee Higgins and other players and lock them in for a long term deal

So Chase gets his 2nd free-agent contract while Tee Higgins is still sweating out his first with the franchise. What could go wrong?

He's still on his rookie contract dude
He signed a 4 year 31 million dollar contract as a rookie with a 5th year option. The Bengals picked up the 5th year option for 2025.

That's fine. I read that he signed his extension in December. I was wondering what this was all about.
