CFP Tickets already on sale on StubHub?

Can this be legit? They aren't supposed to be on sale till tomorrow?
I know a guy who bought some "CFP First Round Tickets" off there, I asked how he knows it's real, he says "It's StubHub."
How bad did he get taken?

I mean teams that think they are going to host in the 1st round can sell tickets and then refund if the game doesn't happen

I know for concerts, these ticket resellers (the ones that use the super computers to buy up most of the tickets before anyone else can) will sell tickets they don’t possess yet, because they are confident in their program and know they’ll have an inventory of tickets.
