need to change the rule to unnecessary excessive contact is ejectable. While other plays are 15 yard unnecessary roughness not ejectable or reviewable.

He goes to hit hi in the chest with his shoulder but the receiver lowers his head and the defender's helmet catches his facemask. Shouldn't be targeting.

I miss the times where they made the ejected player go sit in the locker room. Them being on the sideline let's them still impact the game.
