I don't understand this love for UW. Stanford has been lighting people up this year.

That WA line makes me want to bet. Stanford's defense isn't as good as the stats. The Farm is not a home field advantage. The only thing that conerns me is the knees of Price. He is one hit away from a major injury. Montana would not move the offense like Price.

I think it's more of not thinking Stanfords defense can hold them to under 20-25...and they haven't played anybody decent...

Stanford looks terrible then rolls in the second half. Its happened all year

They haven't played anyone either. WA has the dline to force Stanford to throw. I am not impressed with Stanford's power run game like they've had the last two years.

so you are saying letting Andrew Luck through the ball all game is a good thing?

I'd rather stanford throw

I've been confused on this one as well, and some of the Washington supporters(or at least those that have taken/want to take them this week...I believe TTT was a fan of the opening line) have me staying away from this game. I haven't seen Washington play this year so I'm going off the advice from others on them, but Luck has been money for me every week= no play for me...for now

I am saying that a balanced attack is better than one dimensional attack. Luck is good but he is even better when the defense has to stop the run. I am not impressed with their power run game. I think UW can force some 3rd and longs.

Probably wont bet this game but if i did i would go with the team that has covered every spread this year
I know your going to say weak opponents blah blah blah but ride the bull til you get knocked
Even if stanford doesnt cover they still have made you money this year

I just feel like there are much safer plays than UW on the road vs an Andrew Luck-lead Stanford team.

That is a huge spread. Stanford took a long time to put a lead on WSU, which couldn't move the ball to save their lives. UW will move the ball. Their defense will get some stops. 3 score spread is huge. However, I can see your reasoning.
Btw, Stanford's home field advantage is probably the worst in the PAC outside of maybe UCLA.

Stanford is extremely balance. In fact, probably favors the run 2/3 of the time. Stanford is best when luck throws 20-25 times a game.
Posted on 10/17/11 at 3:23 pm to bisonduck
stanford is very balanced but I think Luck can get it done throwing 40 times a game
Like i said im staying away just my opinion
