It started at 5 and i was actually thinking about taking UF there and then put more on bama at 3 hopefully thinking Bama wins so i will money and if they win by 4 I'd win both bets. ended up not doing it. if it gets to 3 points i will get at least 3 units

How on God's green Earth would people put money on Kansas? I got tt at -7.5. It's at 6? Normally I'd be worried but I don't think Kansas stays within 17.

Well, shows what I know.. one of my personal books that opens late just opened with bama -4

I will probably end up sitting this one out unless I am cleaning up on Clemson and everything else just because bama OTR worries me

I got texas tech at 6.5. I don't think Kansas will have a shot to stop them

I agree, I thought the line would go up. Also, I think if they polled the country on the line for that game I think most would have expected 14 to 17. Kansas can't stop anything.

how'd you do last year if you don't mind me asking?

I put $100 on UGA on Saturday then hit a 2 game parlay with those winnings (LSU and Oregon). Finally have some betting money

Yes, you're right.

But after seeing La Tech play Miss St I think we should be good on this one. I think Miss St would beat Kansas by 30.

Last year was just one of those miracle seasons. I finished around 65%, which is unheard of and never happens to us non-professional bettors. I ended up going something ridiculous in bowl season like 10-1-1 too. I never expect to have another year like that. Usually I will end up 55%-58% for the season. Have always been in the positive side of winnings, some years more than others.

Don't blame you, tricky spreads. It's all about Wisky's D, if they play like they have been playing they will be ok, and I just haven't been impressed with Nebraska's offense against pretty bad defenses.. and their defense isn't much better. But I'm a Wisky homer and always will be, in fact I'm looking for tickets right now for the game.

But stay away from notre dame... just stay away
