Oklahoma's shot-making really is the best I've maybe ever seen in college basketball.
They run no offense. Typical Kruger team. Just dribble around until you can shoot a pull-up or kick to a teammate for a three. But the amount of contested, pull-up jumpers they make is unreal.

No doubt.
They got boned hard with that matchup. It also sucked that WSU played a pretty weak game by their standards, Kentucky played their best game of the tourney, and the Shockers STILL should have won.
I think that's what pissed me off the most. People viewed that game as some proof that WSU was overrated. I still think they were the best team in the nation that year.

Same on people viewing them as overrated.
I'm not sure they would have beaten a team like Florida or Wisconsin, but they would have made the Final Four.
I had them beating Wisconsin in my bracket that year, and reaching the final.
ETA: Early missed a bunny that basically cost them the game against Kentucky.

Illinois State is getting screwed by the refs. 3 of their best players sat most of the 1st half with 2 fouls. McIntosh has 3. A lot of bad calls. Huge foul disparity.
