What about the gun charges? It escalates a little when you have a stolen gun and are just hanging out in a park with drugs. This isn't a cop caught me either dime bag for the first time in my life, like you are describing.

Once the misdeamor possession of small amount of pot charge dismissed, nothing illegal about open display of firearm if didn't know it was stolen property. 2d amendment right to own firearm. Probably had it out for self defense purposes since not wise to be sitting in parked car in public place at 3:00 a. m. smoking pot. That's why being in that situation , with their apparently bright futures, was so dumb.

He didn't create it. He pulled it from the amendments
