Did you choose to ignore the article about the league presenting Vilma with a sworn affidavit from Gregg Williams stating their was a bounty system in place? So keep on waiting John Mayer.
Posted on 9/24/12 at 4:03 pm to Sanchito
That was signed a day earlier? That was signed Sept 18th of THIS year?
Yeah Still waiting..
Maybe YOU need to go reread the article and notice the date Williams signed it..

I know Laron Landry celebrates a lot of meaningless tackles, but I thought it was funny how he left the pile pumping his fists.
If we get video of him on the sideline saying 'pay me my money' we may have something.

Okay since you choose to ignore it, I'll let you in on a few facts.
The Saints are 0-3. No wins, three losses. All of this while being in one of the worst divisions in the NFL this year. Crying over the fact your team was busted for their wrong doings is not going to get those wins back. Hoping another team gets caught so you have other fans to empathize with is not going to get those wins for you either. Those wins are gone forever. So really the only thing you are waiting on is a W.
Until then, you should probably try and improve your I.Q. to get it higher than you eyesight, because there is now way with 20/20 vision you can honestly say the intent was to injure Bush. Now troll, head back into your cave and let the grown ups talk.

There you go. Attack the Saints' performance and the poster's IQ when you have no argument left.
A lot of the hits in the Vikings game video were weak as hell. Many others were considered good, physical football not 5 years ago and now it's a bounty and a crime to do it. Only 1 or 2 were questionable, but it's the damn NFC Championship, not a flag football league. You have to play physically if you want to win the game.
And the Panthers video: is that a fricking joke?
It's a chippy game against a division rival involving one of the biggest shite-talking WRs in the league, but because the Saints were involved it's a fricking bounty?
As for Williams' affidavit: Goodell has him by the balls right now. Williams is the only person in the ordeal with an indefinite suspension. Goodell can manipulate him any way he wants if Williams ever wants to coach in the NFL again. Vilma, on the other hand, has NINE affidavits on his side that weren't signed less than a week ago, and every player and coach involved besides Williams swears there was no bounty system. Funny how that works, eh?
You want to also explain why the NFL won't even release the evidence to the players and coaches they're suspending? If you're convicted for murder and you know you did nothing, are you completely fine with the court showing you no evidence that you did it or will you fight it and ask for evidence to be presented?

You play to win the game. Putting hits on a 75 year old qb is sound strategy. America is full of nothing but a bunch of pussies.

quote:Just as Vilma is using the Players Association, Williams and Payton could use the Coaches Association to fight theirs, instead they chose not to. As I stated in the response to you asking to post videos, the intent to injury was subjective but the affidavit provides someone who was a central figure in the organization saying that it existed. I appreciate you justifying those hits with those innate comments as well.
Goodell has him by the balls right now.

The only reason I had to go to the performance shite is because yourself and Tiger choose to ignore what I have presented and from my understanding it is because of that performance that you have to find something to belittle others about. If the Saints were winning, it would be look at this Goodell, we are still good with all you've done to us. You know, the whole us against the world mentality?

Who are we belittling? I just think it's hilarious that the Saints are the bad guys and cheaters for a supposed bounty when the NFL refuses to provide proof that it existed, and this Jets player blatantly says they wanted to take Bush out of the game and this comment won't be relevant by this time tomorrow.

Goodell for one. I agree he was harsh with the penalties but they are what they are. Now people are blaming the referee situation on him, when he has little control over it in the first place. Then after the NFC Championship games it was the Giants for their comments and now the Jets for theirs. Like I said until I see a transcript of the interview, I'm going to take it as it was quoted out of context. My thinking here is the same as your's in case you fail to notice.

Saints injured the 2nd least amount of players (behind the Chargers) during 2009-2011.
