The clock stops then starts again when the ball gets set outside of 2 minutes. So going out of bounds does keep some time from running off the clock if you're trying to kill the clock outside of 2 minutes.

I may have had one too many glasses of red wine early last night, but I didn't think Maxwell looked that bad. Not great, but the first INT was a great pass that can't be blamed on him. The 2nd was his fault but a great defensive play that happens, and the 3rd was just a bad pass straight up.
