Your OC usually wants his position coaches. When Nick came to LSU, he hired Jimbo, he had input into the staff, when Rick Tricket left as OL coach, Jimbo picked his replacement. Coordinators have input, not AD’s. That’s starting off on the wrong foot.
Kelly cleaned out, kept one coach.

Elko is probably the better, more established candidate, but the fact that the two of them are in the same breath shows that MSU made the much better hire as it is a far less desirable job than A&M.
