i guess people from louisiana getting hurt after having a wildly successful year is downright hilarious. not to mention his ongoing struggle with injuries. i cant contain myself.

Because its gotten to a point where you almost expect Sheets to miss a significant amount of time because of his elbow. He can't seem to fully shake that one. I hope this surgery is the one that lets him break through because he is a much better pitcher than the numbers show but bad teams in Milwaukee and injuries have held him back up til this point. The question on sheets this off season has been is Sheets healthy? Which is what most of us have grown accustomed to hearing at the beginning of the season "IF Sheets can stay healthy." I bought into him being relatively healthy via rehab but once again the elbow comes back to bite him.
