It's a good hire. The guy has made the Super Bowl with 2 different franchises, one with Jake fricking Delhomme at QB.
At worst, the Bears will be respectable again in a couple years.

Right now he's a poor man's Tony Dungy.
Dan Reeves did not work out well with the Giants. Or Parcells in Dallas.

The ESPN crawler said this was the first Bears hire with prior HC experience since 1956.

My only worry about Fox is burnout. Which is basically what elway accused him of, but who knows.
