Southern’s band is the Alabama of marching bands. They have been the best band since the 70s.
When I marched at Alabama State we would practice till almost 1am to get ready for the arse whipping they would give us each season

Grambling and Alcorn have played for the SWAC title for the past 3 seasons with GSU winning the last two.
Alcorn beat SU earlier this season 20-3.
I think Alcorn would rather face SU as well..Grambling wasn’t supposed to be good this season & they have a lot of momentum. I think they would beat Alcorn

I came down to NOLA on a whim, unware this was the Bayou Classic weekend. As much trash that gets talked about it, everyone was nice and I had no problems all weekend
