Not even being a homer here, but the fleur de lis is an icon that make any piece of jewelry look good. By virtue of this logo being on a Super Bowl ring it catapults it into the pantheon of great championship hardware.

In all fairness the NFL does play games internationally and just because you are the NFL Champion doesn't mean you are not the World Champion. There is no other competition to play.
