Does something like that heal naturally or need surgery? I’m no doctor but I feel like the browns can coast without him for a month or so and let him get healthy.

Depends on how bad it is. But from a good shoulder surgeon, about a third can get better with just rehab. Takes months. I would bet though that he has surgery in the offseason and just uses a brace to hold it together for now

I dont know about "coasting"...The Browns upcoming schedule is a brutal stretch!
