When Wisconsin shoots like that and plays that good of defense, they can beat anyone.
All of these Big Ten teams are going to be better when they get out of conference play. Except Michigan. And still maybe Wisconsin too.

I understand it's a flagrant and should have been called one by rule.

No matter the intent, he hooked his neck and threw him...craft was not exactly planted on the ground. Not to mention it was clearly to prevent a basket and from behind.

I understand all of that.
By rule, it's a flagrant. I'm saying if judgement of intent was in the referee's realm of decision-making, that could have been a different call. And that's sort of how I wish the rule was enforced. Obviously, it's not for safety reasons and clarity.

25 total fouls called (14 for MSU, 11 for OSU) and OSU wasn't in the bonus til late in the 2nd half. MSU 12-15 at the line, OSU 6-12.
If that's not "letting them play" I don't know what is.
Matta has done a masterful job coaching this year. If we had a true C we would be one of the favs to win it all. As it stands we are a sweet 16 team. Lack of an inside presence will be our demise IMO.
