I heard Tulane is building a multi-million dollar bowling facility, right there next to Audobon Park.

Just started it recently.
The NCAA waived the 6/8 rule because of Katrina. They decided not to bring back women's soccer. Bowling eliminates travel costs because the teams can hold matches via Skype. Very cheap program to operate.
