Latest AP Top 25 if anyone is curious. Special bonus, my commentary is included, and some hot girls.
1. Georgia - don't look dominant but I don't see anyone better right now.
2. Michigan - schedule is awful, may not know who they are until November, probably boat race Penn St then beat Ohio St again.
3. Texas - definitely over ranked. Oct 7 against OU, the wheels come off.
4. FSU - a scare yesterday but travel to Clemson this week, and if they look good, probably smooth sailing for them to the playoff.
5. USC - defense is not good, probably will hurt them a couple times this year.
6. Ohio St. - going to Notre Dame this week, so we'll know about both those teams this weekend.
7. Penn St. - probably end up with four losses this year, not a factor in the Big10 or playoff.
8. Washington - has now become a playoff team, IMO. They are skull dragging people. After they beat Oregon in mid October they will be top 4 in the first playoff ranking.
9. Notre Dame - will lose to Ohio St. and not be a factor in the post season, probably get a New Year's bowl, maybe against LSU.
10. Oregon - big game against the Prime Time Buffaloes this weekend. Lose and the season is over for them.
11. Utah - Scrappy team as always, won't be easy for anyone to beat.
12. LSU - good rebound against cowbell, winning the West, no playoff because the SEC isn't getting that respect this year. Top notch bowl game.
13. Bama - Saban went soft and I have no read on this team. Could go undefeated rest of year and make the playoff, could fail to be bowl eligible.
14. Oregon St. - good but not great.
15. Ole Miss - good but not great, very well may beat Bama.
16. OU - dark horse for the playoff.
17. North Carolina - meh
18. Duke - meh
19. Colorado - it's Deion's world now, he has magic powers.
20. Miami - probably where they stay all year.
21. Wa St - meh
22. UCLA - maybe they can upset USC later, maybe.
23. Tenner - they miss Hooker, badly, he was underappreciated. Lot of potential there, if they get a defense, watch out.
24. Iowa - always have a respectable team.
25. Florida - hopefully turned a corner, but the Utah performance still makes me worry about the offense.
My latest picks for the playoff: Georgia, Washington, FSU, Michigan.
