Oh, and I played the Standard Club today in ATL from the tips...my god was that a challenge.

Ya, still brown right now from winter, but still showed great. The greens are bent too, which I'm just not used to at all. No three putts but missed a ton of relatively simple putts not understanding the grain/break/speed of bent vs. champion or Bermuda.

I know but there's still a difference between a Champion Bermuda surface and your "basic" Bermuda surface.

For sure.
My thesis research deals with about 10 different bermudagrass cultivars.
Researching how much light is necessary for successful bermudagrass establishment.
