Your problem is that you do good things for vets (allegedly), but then you turn around and tell everyone how great you are for doing these good things. That comes off as completely insincere. Then you proceed to tell everyone that they must do great things for vets and even to donate to your causes.
A humble man never claims to be humble. Think about that for a moment, and then you'll realize why you get so much shite here.
Then to compound the issue, you came here a few weeks back and tried bashing us, the fans, for spending money on the NFL instead of veterans. Again, this rubs people raw, brother.
My suggestion to you, if you truly want to be shown respect and dealt with in a classy manner, is to do a couple of things.
1. apologize for your inflammatory statements that you have made in the past..... don't argue and say that they weren't, because they were. just man up and apologize.
2. never ever brag about all that you do for veterans on the Saints board..... people that do things for the right reasons never advertise what they are doing, because then the reason they are doing these things is purely out of self gratification from the praise that he expects others to give him based on these proclaimed actions. Many on this board do things to help in this world, myself included, yet we never come here to brag about what we do.
3. stop preaching to everyone about all the things they are supposed to be doing for vets. seriously, man, we all know what vets go through, so your telling us won't change a damn thing.
4. stop creating pointless threads just for the sake of creating a thread. if you dedicate your time here to advancing a legitimate conversation, or even adding some humor, then you will gain the respect of the other posters on this board.
I don't know you, nor do I dislike you, but I definitely do not like your posts on here. If you follow these steps, I promise you that the bullying will stop and respect will be given to you. However, if you just disregard my advice and act like it is silly, then you will forever be a nuisance on Saints Talk.
