Student athletes can also play for the NAIA or go pro or choose not to play period if they don’t like the terms

And the schools can setup in China, so?

Anti-trust doesn't mean you control everything, the NCAA did not contest that it was a monopoly. Standard Oil than wouldn't be a monopoly either.

They clearly are engaged in wage suppression, which is why they exist to start with.

to have your wage suppressed, wouldn’t that mean you have to have had a wage in the first place?

The NCAA economy, where scholarships are the coin of the realm, can not legally be subject to what a completely different economy created. What the pro economy would pay for a certain player is irrelevant.

They suppressed wages to $0.

The NCAA already admitted (non-contested issue of fact) that they were engaged in wage suppression. The USSC even mentioned this in the ruling.

Scholarships are not contract for services, the players not obligated to perform. Not sure what the rest of what you are writing, it sounds completely made up.

There is no wining under the present business for the NCAA, the lawsuits are only now beginning. The schools are going to have to come up with billions.
