Nog was the two hardest fights Fedor ever had IMO.

No Cro Cop and Arona were his toughest. He was hurt in the Hunt fight which he never really was against Nog.

But he finished Hunt.

IMO, the Cro Cop fight wasn't that close. Now the Arona fight was extremely close.

Well you also have Dream, WVR and possibly Elite XC competing for the #2 org slot.

Like I said there is only room for two to legitamately compete. Elite will not make it at all. Pinning there hopes on Slice was a big mistake they are trying to correct now.

Yes, Arona was his toughest. The decision could have gone either way. Arona has said several times he thinks he won the fight. Not that it matters, but Arona was juiced to the gills at the time of the fight. He had no problem admitting he juiced (and heavily at times) and would point out there was no law against it in Brazil.

he's in it to make money for the company. i don't like it when he pretends otherwise. but i still like the product so i don't complain. it could still be better but i'm satisfied.

thats sig quote material

By the way, the UFC heavies would get OWNED. You would have seen Fedor, Big Nog, and Hunt as number 1,2,3 kicking the shite out of everybody in the UFC.

And by the way, there is not a fighter in the UFC who is gonna beat Big Nog anytime soon. And Big Nog was about third best in the now defunct Pride.

Well, Cro Cop found out he was not as strong as Fedor in the clinch and fought from gaurd most of the fight. Fedor was content to control the fight while doing damage but not finishing CC.

i agree. that was an easy decision.

WTF ever happened to Cro Cop. Isn't he battling a plethora of injuries?

I really want to see Coutre and Fedor. Coutre and Big Nog would be nice but I think Nog would sub him. Coutre is so good at strategy and studying his opponents. It would be interesting to see how he would do against Fedor. I would pick Fedor over anyone until someone proves they can beat him, but Coutre - Fedor would be VERY interesting.

I do not think he has decided if he is going to return to the ring at all.

Don't you know Nog has taken UNBELIEVABLE amounts of punishment in fights while getting his arse kicked to all of a sudden sub an opponent out of nowhere?

he still lost (third time to nog). nog always takes a beating every fight. it's almost his strategy i.e. rocky vs mr. t

Yeah i pretty much agree. Interesting to see if Randy would stay out of a sub from Nog. Hell, maybe he wouldn't even let it go to the ground. Nog is half blind now despite being a better boxer. Hasn't Randy done well in grappling competitions versus some high level BJJ guys? I think he may have been way bigger than the opponents though.

no, i never heard that before.(sarcasm) doesn't change the fact that he routinely gets himself in deep trouble and sooner or later you don't come back. same thing could be said of fedor to a much lesser degree.

yeah...i've seen fedor get beat down only to pull off an sub. seen josh barnett take a beating too only to win.
