nah go ACC, that would put tigers in Omaha every year! we are more a natural fit with the east cost than middle america.

I know the Big 10 usually likes academic prestige but that’s pretty much irrelevant when negotiating TV contracts with networks. Hell, they just had Rutgers, someone who is irrelevant to the landscape of CFB, lose to Umass the other day

I’m down with independent or find a group ready to start a new league and get a common sense commish that knows the importance of fair, impartial & timely rulings to support the college athletes with a very close relationship with NFL, NBA, MLB and soccer probably needs to be a new important sport to give the new league a broader reach.
Ensuring black and white rules, with rule changes as relates to federal and state compliance quickly made by specific sports made in conjunction with the sports drafts, semester enrollment, recruiting windows and post season play.
I want a new damn conference at this point. I hope we get voted out and if we cannot play this season we will cobble together a schedule as an independent with some hungry colleges then sue the frick out of the sec recoup our money plus some, send half the team to the nfl after this season and then start over next year in a position hopefully as an independent until we can come together under a new set of league rules and make something better than the shitty corrupt sec.
