re: A Football Life: Cleveland '95

Saban wasn't in Cleveland in '95, right? MSU? DiNardo put it on that ass

No, but he was replaced as DC by the worse head coach in football history. Rick Venturi.

1-31-1 as a college head coach & 2-17 in the NFL.

re: A Football Life: Cleveland '95

It leaked

Ok, that makes sense.

I watched the 30 for 30 regarding the Baltimore Colts leaving and you would think they would have felt some remorse about doing the same thing to another City

re: A Football Life: Cleveland '95
You have to realize that the city of Baltimore didn't have any choice. They tried to get an expansion franchise desperately in 1993, was clearly deserving of a team, and got screwed over by the NFL. I mean, they chose fricking Jacksonville over us. Paul Tagliabue said Baltimore was better off building a museum than having a NFL team. If Cleveland hadn't left for Baltimore, I'm convinced that Baltimore would still be without a NFL team today. They were really left with no other choice than to steal a football franchise away from another city.
