Imagine being 22 and having 3 match points on serve for a career-changing win, and you can feel it slipping away while you are starting to get fatigued and it seems like your opponent is getting stronger and finding a groove.
ETA: Wow I didn't see how brutal that 3rd match point was until now too.

I'm not a huge momentum guy but man if I was Ruud there I would have wanted to start the 4th set as soon as possible.
