Since the Duclair trade the Coyotes have a record of 5-5-4 while the Blackhawks have a record of 3-9-2

Nah. 3 constants in the desert:

1. Sunshine
2. Lack of Humidity
3. Losing the Draft Lottery

There's no way Dahlin is making it to AZ.

I like Duclair and in some respects wish they didn't trade him, but he just didn't fit for whatever reason. Panik isn't doing anything either so I guess it's addition by subtraction. (Panik was a healthy scratch last night a $3m/yr.)

Trotz has to go. So sick of this Caps team turtling with a lead. Only the Caps would allow a team to tie it short handed with under a minute to go and then lose in OT.

Give Byfuglien credit. Beagle was about to put the puck in an open night, so he simply slashed the crap out of him, possibly breaking his ribs. So... no goal scored, Caps lost their faceoff man, and the Jets were able to score at 5 on 5 with the goalie pulled after winning the faceoff.

He got fined $5000 for the intentional slash. Best 5k he's ever spent. He bought a win.

Things are looking grim for Trotz. If you're gonna do it, do it now and try and get that midseason excitement bump.

Over alert for you tonight. Avs and Habs 5.5. Niemi is in net for the Canadiens and Varlamov is still adjusting.

I took Avs -1 because I can't fully sell myself on totals but I figured I should give you a heads up on Niemi being in before the line possibly increases or shoots up to 6 as the total.

Preds only have 1 regulation loss in the last 16 games. 11-1-4 over that span.

Only have 2 regulation Ls in 2018

Predators are good. One guy I listen to says he thinks the Preds win the West. Of course at this time the Knights and Preds are the only ones really separating themselves. I think the Eastern side of things will have the more exciting playoff match ups. Bruins, Leafs, Lightning, Pens all look like contenders for it all.

not sure I have the fortitude to bet on a MTL/Avs over with MTL being on the road

cbj/tor over is very tempting, though.

all three overs are being hammered... I bet they shift to 6

I feel like I used up my "over luck" yesterday ... would like a safe under.. maybe women's hockey later

Last night the under got abused in many games. Guessing everyone that lost their under bets yesterday is making mistakes tonight! LOL
ETA hope the jackets get hammered...not a hate thing, just need some Carolina help tonight.
