yeah that was fricking crazy.

it's kinda frustrating how nole almost seems like he allows opponents to push him around the court sometimes.

looks like all is right with the world, nole got pissed and blitzed him in the final 2 sets, 1 and 2.

still very surprising that he dropped that first set so easily, though.

Dunker must have thought he was playing Bjorn Borg.

Andy Murray is such a headcase.

That was dreadful. I know he was in the semis last year, but I think Murray doesn't really care about Indian Wells. I think he just wants to get to his place in Florida and chill for the Miami tournament. Guys seem to do this in back-to-backs, where they fight in one tournament, but not the other (see Canada, then Cincy).

Also, the WTA is terrible.

Sock v. Thiem is a good match so far. Pounding the shite out of the ball.

Tournament gets good today. Berdych up a set on Raonic. Nishokori/Isner should be an interesting contrast in styles. Nadal has to play young gun Zverev. Goffin took out Stan. He and Cilic are through to the quarters.

I read that he was serving at match point to close it out and chunked a volley, but didn't see it. Today has decent quarters, but tomorrow should be nice with Tsonga/Djok and Nishikori/Nadal.

Yeah, the men's bracket looks great. I'd love to see Gael take out the Canadian Servebot, but I don't see it happening.

And on the WTA side, I mentioned earlier how terrible the females have been in this tournament, and so I should at least note that the quality of play between Halep and Serena was noticeably higher. That was definitely the best Serena has played this tournament, and by a good margin.

Tonight:
Monfils v. Canadian Servebot

The winner of that takes on Goffin, who is playing like a solid top ten player.

On the other side we've got Rafa v. Kei, in what should be an interesting match. I would lean Kei in that one, but I haven't seen Rafa play in this tournament yet, and so I don't know how his form is. He has had some impressive bagel sets, though. Rafa doesn't usually get bagel sets like that, so that's been encouraging to see.

And of course the winner of that gets the winner of Djokovic and Jo Willie. Djoker is obviously still the odds on favorite to advance, but Jo Willie looked damn strong against Thiem. He dominated him all around and appeared to be in really good form. I hope JW can at least make it interesting.

That miss sucked the life out of him. He didn't look like the same guy after it. That's how Rafa came back.

Here's the video.
