I think he should be fined and counseled. Antics like that affect the integrity of the sport.

Come to think of it isn't he already on some sort of probation with the ATP for getting arrested in Miami amongst other things?

ETA#2 These two young Australians both seem like real a-holes

Kyrgios is going to win majors though.

For informational purposes only... Kyrgios 80/1 is tempting, but that draw is brutal.
Looks like a Novak-Rafa final.

Put it all on Sam Q.

Nole's bouncing back decently from the monte carlo debacle. rafa is still the man to beat though, he's on a roll.

Nah, Novak is the man to beat. And it's not even arguable.

I'm not sure Rafa will ever beat Novak again.

Stan needs to just settle down with lingering beef about the comment Kyrgios made. And, in fact, his reaction was and is so over the top that I wonder if Stan thought the girl had been a virgin or something before he started getting it balls deep in there.

If so, he needs to get past thet white knight shiz. Cute 19 year old girls who have traveled around the world playing tennis tournaments since they've had grass on the field have definitely gotten more their fair share of the D along the way.

That he is still being a petulant bitch about it is just puzzling. The correct play on this one from the very get go was: "yeah, she mentioned how much deeper I get in her than the skinny aussie she dated before me. Oh, and tell Kokkinakis that I'm rooting for him ot overcome his lingering issue with premature ejaculation. He should check out some of those new supplements they sell at the checkout counter at gas station. I'm sure those work great. "

I admit that would be tought to come up with on the spot, but the next day or day after he needs to be talking about additional girth in the cavity, and the like.

I didn't see the most recent match, but my google search didn't pull up any new comments from Stan. Am I missing something?

It ook him about 8 and a half minutes. Like a freaking Steffi Graff match pre-Seles.

He good.

Stan was on Nick's IPTL team in the offseason and during the competition Stan said they were getting along fine and everything was fine, and then after it was over Stan tells the press "yeah, when you're on a team, those are the things you have to do" or something similar.

Basically Stan is still pissed about it.

Which is what I don't. He really shouldn't be *that* pissed. It wasn't that big of a deal. Yeah, Kokkinakis put it balls deep in your girlfriend, but it was before y'all started dating. Like, oh well, it happens, move on.

Just the way I see it.

Who saw Rafa/Sam?

Btw, I'm on a hot streak gambling wise. I hope i didn't just jinx myself right there.

I think Simona Halep is the play today

I think it's just the fact that it came out of the blue, and Kyrgios said it to the camera and not to his face. I mean, who does that? We know that this stuff happens in team sports on the field all the time, but that's just not the culture of sports like tennis and golf.

Now if Stan said or did something before the "incident" to provoke it, then all bets are off. But I do agree with most of what you said. Stan made it a much bigger deal than it was.

I didn't see the match, but I heard Sam Q was up 4-2 in the 1st. Supposedly Kyrgios hit a monster forehand in his match too. I'll try to find it.

ETA: I don't see anything, but he hits crazy shots on a daily basis anyway.

All 13 fans cheering for Cibulkova's semifinal win on the main court. Not a seat available for Kyrgios/Nishikori. Coincidence I guess.

Kyrgios hits a jumping backhand drop shot, then follows it up with this on the next point. For entertainment value, I don't think there's anyone close to this guy in tennis right now.

I often wonder why slams are considered the de facto measuring stick for GOAT-ness as opposed to masters.

What's the men's seeding looking like for the French Open? Does Nadal have any shot to get in the top 4 or is he going to be at the 5 spot?
