I think there's a lot of misperceptions about what Kelly wants at QB.
He's had success with mobile guys and spread option stuff at Oregon, but he's openly said, "If I had Tom Brady, of course i wouldn't run that style."
Kelly, more than anything, wants guys that make quick decisions. I think Barkley can and will do that. Arm strength is less important to him.
