Heat vs. Lakers

Heat in 5

Lebron is regular season and Finals MVP.

Lakers acquire Howard before the trade deadline.

Wade suffers from injuries, but the Heat do not need him to win.

I don't see how they can put together the best deal unless it is Gasol and Bynum.

Bynum doesn't have much left on his contract so they could be right back in the same situation next season.

The Lakers are total garbage outside of Gasol, Bynum, and Bryant.

I don't know if Bryant and Howard by themselves make them the best team in the west.

Howard would instantly become the best player in the conference and Kobe would be anywhere from second to fifth best (depending on his season).

They may able to. The Nets package is broken.

Bulls vs Mavs

Dirk gets 2nd in a row.

Heat look great until the Bulls series. James stands around with his thumb up his arse the entire series. James supporters say he just needs more help.

Lebron looked good last season in the conference finals against the Bulls.

I don't question that they are individually great players; however, the rest of the Lakers suck so bad I don't know if they are the best in the conference after giving up Gasol and Bynum.

If Howard ever got in foul trouble it would basically be a guaranteed loss.

Well, history shows that somewhere along the way he's going to quit, it's just about guessing when.

You change your mind quite a bit. Who was your preseason pick to win it last year? I picked the Mavs.

The problem is Riley put James and Wade on the same team. Since James is more versatile James is the guy who doesn't end up playing with the ball as much.

James stats do not indicate he quits.

The Heat will struggle at times in the playoffs against good teams until they trade Wade or find a way for them to coexist better on the floor.

West: either okc or clips

East: bulls or heat.

I'll take heat over clips in the finals, I don't trust russell in a big spot, the bulls can score well enough, and the clips are too new together to do It all this year
