I'd give Peyton MVP and AP comeback. Playing running back with a completely rebuilt knee and doing as well as he has been is pretty astounding imo

The Broncos were pretty good last year with a zero at teh QB position FWIW
I do not know about pretty good. They had a shite division and won shite games like 17-13 and 13-10. They had a -81 point differential at season's end.
They took advantage of a joke schedule, but they were far from good. The only team they beat with a winning record was the Bengals. By the way, Kyle Orton was the QB in that game.
The Broncos are exponentially better this year.

Agree with that part of your post - having an elite QB transformed them from a pretty good team who scrapped their way into the playoffs into a real contender for the Super Bowl.

I'm more impressed by Peterson than Manning.

They should do a co-mvp again like they did in 2003.
