Anyone know news to make WTRH make such a jump today? Up 30% right now

Thats what I figure, but it has steadily been going up for a couple weeks. Out of nowhere jumps big time today. Haven't heard any rumors to pump the stock.

I’ve been holding for a few months and this is the biggest jump. I haven’t seen anything besides they started grocery delivery.

So I went to the site and came across a post that showed some of the grocery stores that they will start delivering from are Wal-Mart's. This maybe old news but it's new to me.

I assumed it was because of the announcement of the 2 new board members but that was almost exactly a week ago. Certainly was a lot more volume than usual. I'm hoping it keeps moving up before the earnings report next month and starts approaching the TR 52 week target price.

Where did you see that? Currently Doordash does all of their deliveries.

Have been holding since I bought high at their last pop. Hope to make a little off of it.

It was on that Stocktwits site.... someone posted links. I did my own Google search for waitr grocery and this was the first result. Then I googled the address and it's a Walmart in Lake Charles. Are the grocery sites just going live??

Well damn, that would be great if they could pull in lots of Walmarts.

Waitr started a pilot for delivery in late March with Ralph's in Prairieville. Within a couple weeks added the Ralph's at Pelican Point and about a week after that added Alexander's on Highland.

People on stocktwits are speculating that they are going to be bought by grubhub.

They’ve been “speculating” that for months and months.

It may happen, but the trolls on there have no clue

It closed today at $2.34! I bought a 100 shares at 25 cents a few months ago. Wish I would have bought 10000 shares

not bad. I'm not sure when I should sell. Its really depending on how long restaurants are forced to stay closed.

Yeah I saw it hit above 2.30 and probably should have just set a stop but oh well. Happy with 100%

It’s good they are close to making money, but how in the world did they show a decrease in revenue from same quarter last year, during a stay at home order period. Not exactly great.

Only thing that would make sense is if they did indeed close a bunch of underperforming markets.
