Not me personally, but my great grandfather had a chance to invest in a crop dusting company named Huff Daland Dusters back in the 20's when they moved to Monroe. He passed

Wish I would have bought some Sirius when it was done below .15 a share. Today it is at $1.81.
$2,000 @ .15/share = 13,333 shares.
$1.81 @ 13,333 shares = 24,132.00.
That's mine too.

I owned about 2,000 - 2,500 shares of Apple in 2000 with an entry point of $16-$17 a share. Sold later in the year at about $20 a share. I still hate myself for that one. And the thing is, at the time, the company had more cash than its entire market cap and I knew it was extremely undervalued.
Then if you want to hear something totally fricked up, I put that same money into EMC at $32 a share. Dumbest thing I have ever done in my life.

I bought some CBRL in late 2008 for ultra rad reasons that had nothing to do with valuation. It went up 25% and I cashed out thinking I should cash out before my dumb luck ended and because I thought I should load up on higher beta stocks. I cashed out too early. 20 f'ing dollars. It's now at 51 and pays a 25 cent quarterly dividend.
