I meant your current job and location. You are acting like you can keep your current job or move for 20%, but that's not true. Your options are either move for 20% more or find a new job with a new company.
I'm just saying from experience you are doing yourself an injustice by saying 'I'll easily find a new job making the same amount'. You could easily be cheating yourself by not realizing your value, or you could be much better off then you think.
