Has anyone here used them? They seem to have good reviews but curious if anyone here has dealt with them or knows a lot about them. Talked to a loan officer woth them last night and wants me to send over documents before they can give a pre approval. The loan officer told me to send them the statement from Regions who I am working with to buy a new home and the loan officer said they would beat them no matter what. Trying to get the best deal possible. Wondering if its worth the time to get everything together and send in today.

Talked to them when I first started my home search. Seemed alright at first, but after a few conversations they seemed shady and not as helpful with specific questions.

Next went to navy fed. Seemed like everything was great. I told them what I wanted and they sent me "estimated" closing costs of 11K+.

Ended up meeting with a local veterans rep and he suggested US bank. Called them and closed in 28 days using a VA Loan. That's pretty uncommon. They also had great benefits.

You're better off not using a VA loan if you can manage the down payment. Higher interest rate and VA funding fee make the VA "benefit" worsethan conventional financing.

Used them two years ago. Closed in 28 days also. I had all my ducks in a row to help speed up the process. Zero down, 100% financing at 3.9% interest. Very painless experience throughout. I would recommend it.

I used them 4 years ago when I bought my home. It was a completely painless experience.

False on the interest rate. A lot of the time you'll get a slightly better interest rate on 30 yr. VA, than 30 yr. conventional
