Tell me more. I looked at the revenue and the recurring revenue and it seems like this is a banger yet I’m down 10% from my purchase just today.

Nothing. Company says they are in a self imposed quiet period. Their last guidance said TLD “a few weeks” after data lock. It’s been 8 weeks so who the hell knows. The popular rumor is that they’re in a quiet period and it’s taking longer because of a buyout. I don’t think that passes the smell test though; I think they’re just slow.
They’ve got a lot of warrants maturing on the 15th so be cautious if you’re in this and they don’t announce a suspension tomorrow or Monday. Tuesday could be a big selling day. I’ll hold regardless, but my cost basis is <$0.4 and I’ve already pulled out well over my initial investment.

WTER is a speculative stock listed on NASDAQ, selling at about $1.08 per share today, and the share price perhaps is being pressured downward by end of year tax loss selling, since earlier this year it was priced as high as around $2.50 a share.

It might be an interesting company to some investors, been growing revenues year over year, still losing money with management publicly saying the company is open to M & A.
I in no way am advising or even suggesting this stock should be purchased or sold short by anyone. All I'm doing is responding to the original post that got this thread started.
However, there's nothing wrong with anyone who so desires to do a thorough due diligence and make his or her own decision whether or not WTER is worth investing in.
